Since we were students at the School of Architecture, our dream was to incorporate our knowledge in the design stage and be protagonists in bringing the design to construction. Our dream came true when we started the construction division in 2000.
Our experience in the design and preparation of construction plans allowed us to offer our clients a unique advantage. This experience allows a better relationship with the project inspector as well as quickly working situations with errors and omissions in the construction plans or when there are unforeseen events on the site.
Using our vision in always incorporating technological advances, the construction industry allows us to explore new techniques, materials and equipment to build the Project. An example of these new advances was the use of totally plastic water pipes with pressure joints that eliminate the use of copper pipes and welding, achieving great savings in time and money for the customer.
