These changes are often necessary because the manufacturer stop making the model or using the color or material or when you need to change the accessory for better safety or ease of use. Before carrying out the change, the client needs to prepare the Architectural Guides to present it to the Owners for approval or prepare the Design for the request for proposals. Our company supplies the service of preparing the necessary Architectural and Construction Plans as well as participating in the meeting of board of directors and Assembly to present the Plans or Architectural Guidelines to the Owners. This service includes among others preparing as-built plans, evaluate the market to present available models and prices, prepare cost estimates, prepare construction plans, prepare architectural guidelines, prepare comparative tables in case of presenting various alternatives, among others.
