Design
Our experience in design since 1990, has included simple projects such as residences to urban designs. It includes work with the Architect Tomas Marvel, in the design project of the Olympic Village, the Architect Beatriz del Cueto in historical rehabilitation, work in the Department of Historical Conservation, among others.
It is our experience that to create a good design, it must not only include aspects of beauty and sophistication, but the designer must have knowledge of how the materials necessary to make the design work. We had the blessing during our academic preparation of having two professors one mechanical and the other structural that educated us in the need of the technical knowledge necessary for the construction of the design.
Our technical knowledge helps us to design a concept that includes the dreams and needs of the client in an elegant and sophisticated design. Our company combines project design and construction services. We work from the request for use and construction permits in government agencies to conceptual design, architectural design, preparation of construction plans, the construction of the project and deliver the key to the Owner.
