Preparation of the Disaster and Emergency Plan – With our vast experience in construction and design, we have the necessary tools to prepare a complete Disaster and Emergency Plan. Our clients do not need to hire third parties for the preparation of the Plan, our company not only works the standard sections of what should be done before, during and after a disaster or emergency by the Owners, but we can design it including specific sections that apply specifically to your project and general common areas.

For the design of the Plan to cover the specific conditions of the Project, we work, among other things, to prepare as-built plans, we evaluate special conditions such as possibilities for the elevator pit to be filled with water, eviction route, actions that the administration office must perform before the hurricane, prepare plans of the evacuation routes to place in all the elevator lobbies or hallways and others.

We work with newsletters that we send to owners' emails to keep them informed and including copy of the Disaster and Emergencies Plan in effect each time they announce a Hurricane or Tropical Storm.

After the event begins the hard work of cleaning and reconstruction of the affected areas. In the days after the disaster is when the experience and connections of the company you hire are of vital importance. Hurricane María was the ultimate test to demonstrate the value of hiring a company that meets these advantages. Our company is proud of the work we carry out after Hurricane María.

Our customers did not suffer in the supply of diesel or gas for the electric generators to continue working, water rationing plans were worked to extend the use of the available supplies as well as the purchase of water when the supplies were consumed. We started immediately with the work of collecting fallen trees and temporarily repairing areas that could bring safety problems as well as cleaning work to get the Project back to normal as soon as possible.

We work immediately together with the Board of Directors to coordinate the presentation of the preliminary insurance claim quickly. We work from the first days after the disaster to make the photographic inventory of all the affected areas so that we could coordinate the repairs and cleaning work immediately.

With all these efforts and works we achieved that our clients' Projects were clean and free of debris within the first weeks after the disaster. With the areas clean and free of debris, the Owners recovered the sense of security and normalcy that helped them overcome the challenges they had in their personal affairs.
